Fun Fact: Their club photographer invented windscreen wipers. In 1908, Gladstone Adams was the official photographer of Newcastle United. He originally came up with the idea of creating windscreen wipers. Later in 1911, his brilliant invention was patented. But unfortunately, it was never produced for sale.
