Earlier this summer, I had the incredible honour of being invited to a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace. Stepping through those famous gates and walking through the beautiful gardens felt like a true once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The invitation came in celebration of my Honorary Doctorate, which I was so proud to receive back in November 2024. To be recognised in this way, and then to have the chance to celebrate at such an iconic place, is something I’ll never forget.

The Palace gardens were full of colour, music, and conversation – and being surrounded by so many people who had also achieved something special made the day even more memorable. It felt like a real celebration of people’s passions and contributions.

I’m so grateful to have been part of it, and I’ll always treasure the memory. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on my journey so far – this moment was for all of us.
